E. L. (Ernesto) Lake

E.L. (Ernesto) Lake is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Integrity Chamber of St. Maarten. He was appointed by (Kingdom) decree on January 1^st, 2020 for a term of 3 years.

Ernesto Lake has made his career in Logistics Management in the Netherlands and Operations Audit in St. Maarten. He has worked as a Logistics Manager in different sectors and industries in Holland and as Operations Auditor in the utilities industry in St. Maarten.

Mr. Lake studied Distribution Logistics Management at the Hogeschool ‘s-Hertogenbosch and Auditing Assurance & Risks at St. Maarten University. He also followed several auditing related courses and trainings in the USA.

Ernesto Lake has extensive experience in development and monitoring of processes and their procedures. He increased his experience in integrity matters during his tenure as project advisor for a funding agency, as board member of a labor union and as member of the Tripartite (advisory body on labor related matters).

Currently Mr. Lake is enjoying his retirement.
